ما قالوا في التي وهبت نفسها للنبى ﷺAbout the Woman Who Offered Herself to the Prophet
Hadith 18062
١٨٠٦٢ - حدثنا ابن إدريس عن ليث عن مجاهد: ﴿وَامْرَأَةً مُؤْمِنَةً (إِنْ) (١) وَهَبَتْ نَفْسَهَا لِلنَّبِيِّ (٢)﴾، قال: فعلت ولم (يفعل) (٣).
Hazrat Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him), in the commentary of the verse { وَامْرَأَۃً مُؤْمِنَۃً إِنْ وَہَبَتْ نَفْسَہَا لِلنَّبِیِّ } of the Holy Qur'an, says that the woman had given herself (in marriage) as a gift, but the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not accept it.
