Hadith 18037
١٨٠٣٧ - حدثنا ابن إدريس عن داود عن أبي نضرة عن أبي سعيد مولى أبي أسيد قال: تزوجت وأنا مملوك فدعوت نفرًا من أصحاب النبي ﷺ فيهم ابن مسعود وأبو ذر وحذيفة قال: وأقيمت الصلاة قال: فذهب أبو ذر ليتقدم فقالوا: إليك (قال) (١): أو كذلك؟ قالوا: نعم! قال: (فتقدمت) (٢) (بهم) (٣) وأنا عبد مملوك وعلموني (فقالوا) (٤): إذا (أُدخل) (٥) عليك أهلك فصل (٦) ركعتين ثم (سل) (٧) اللَّه (تعالى) (٨) من خير ما دخل عليك، وتعوذ به من شره ثم شأنك وشأن أهلك (٩).
Hazrat Abu Asid's freed slave, Hazrat Abu Saeed, says that when I got married, I was a slave. I invited a group of the Prophet ﷺ's companions. Among them were Hazrat Ibn Masood, Hazrat Abu Dharr, and Hazrat Hudhaifa (may Allah be pleased with them). When the time for prayer came, Hazrat Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) was about to step forward, but the companions said to him, "You go ahead," and asked me to lead the prayer. I was a slave, yet I led the prayer. Then they said to me, "When you go to your wife, perform two rak'ahs of prayer, then ask Allah for goodness and seek refuge from evil. Then engage with your wife."
