١٧٨٦٦ - حدثنا ابن إدريس عن الأعمش عن إبراهيم عن علقمة قال: هو الولي.
Hazrat Alqamah, in the explanation of the verse { الَّذِیْ بِیَدِہٖ عُقْدَۃُ النِّکَاحِ } of the Holy Quran, says that it refers to a wali (guardian).
