Hadith 17710
١٧٧١٠ - حدثنا يزيد بن هارون عن الجريري قال: سألت غنيم بن قيس، قلت: العبد يتزوج بغير إذن سيده، أزان هو؟ قال: قد عصى، قلت: أزانٍ هو؟ قال: قد عصى.
Hazrat Jariri says that I asked Ghaneem bin Qais whether if a slave marries without the permission of his master, will he be considered an adulterer? He replied that he will be sinful. I asked again, will he be considered an adulterer? He again replied that he will be sinful.
