Hadith 17709
١٧٧٠٩ - حدثنا يزيد بن هارون قال: أخبرنا سعيد بن أبي عروبة عن أيوب عن نافع عن ابن عمر أنه كان إذا تزوج عبده بغير إذن ضربه الحد (١).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) narrates that if a slave marries without the permission of his master, then the prescribed punishment (hadd) will be carried out upon him.
