Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) was asked: If a man and a woman are mutually involved in an immoral act, and the prescribed punishment is also carried out on them, and then that man wishes to marry that woman, what is the ruling? He replied: There is no harm in it; the matter began with immorality and will end with marriage.
