في المرأة (تنكح) على (عمتها) أو خالتهاCan a Man Marry His Wife’s Paternal or Maternal Aunt?
Hadith 17603
١٧٦٠٣ - حدثنا ابن فضيل عن داود عن الشعبي عن أبي هريرة قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "لا تنكح المرأة على عمتها ولا على خالتها، ولا تنكح العمة (على ⦗٣٧٠⦘ بنت أخيها) (١)، ولا الخالة على بنت أختها، ولا تزوج الصغرى على الكبرى ولا الكبرى على الصغرى" (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: In the case of a woman being in wedlock, it is not permissible to marry her paternal aunt or her maternal aunt. If the niece is married, it is not permissible to marry her paternal aunt; if the niece is married, it is not permissible to marry her maternal aunt. If the younger sister is married, it is not permissible to marry the elder sister, and if the elder sister is married, it is not permissible to marry the younger sister.
