Hadith 17574
١٧٥٧٤ - حدثنا عبدة عن سعيد عن أبي معشر (عن إبراهيم) (١) في الأمة يطلقها زوجها تطليقتين ثم يغشاها سيدها: إنها لا تحل لزوجها ﴿حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ﴾ [البقرة: ٢٣٠].
Ibrahim says that if a man is married to a slave woman and he gives her two divorces, then her master has intercourse with her, she does not become lawful for the first husband until she marries another man.
