Hadith 17573
١٧٥٧٣ - حدثنا عبدة عن سعيد عن قتادة عن الحسن (أن) (١) زيد بن ثابت والزبير بن العوام! كانا لا يريان بأسًا إذا طلق الرجل امرأته وهي أمة تطليقتين ثم غشيها سيدها (غشيانا) (٢) لا يريد بذلك مخادعة ولا إحلالًا أن ترجع إلى زوجها (بخطبة) (٣) (٤).
Hazrat Zaid bin Thabit and Hazrat Zubair bin Al-Awwam state that if a person gives two divorces to his wife who is a slave woman, then her master has intercourse with her, and the intention is not any deception or the like, then she can return to her first husband through marriage.
