Hadith 17572
١٧٥٧٢ - حدثنا يزيد بن هارون عن حبيب عن (عمرو) (١) بن هرم قال: سئل جابر بن زيد عن رجل كانت له امرأة مملوكة فطلقها ثم أن سيدها تسراها ثم تركها، ⦗٣٦٣⦘ أتحل (لزوجها) (٢) الذي طلقها (أن يراجعها) (٣)؟ قال: لا تحل له حتى تنكح زوجًا غيره.
Hazrat Jabir bin Zaid was asked: If a man has a slave woman in his marriage and he divorces her, then her master has intercourse with her, can the husband take her back? He replied: That woman is not lawful for the first husband until she marries someone else.
