١٧٥٦٨ - حدثنا هشيم عن يونس عن الحسن عن زيد قال: هو زوج إذا لم يرد الإحلال (١).
Hazrat Zaid says that the woman is under the command of her master (husband) if he does not intend to make her lawful (for himself).
