كم يؤجل العنين؟How Long Should an Impotent Man Be Given for Treatment?
Hadith 17314
١٧٣١٤ - حدثنا هشيم عن ابن أبي ليلى عن الشعبي أن عمر بن الخطاب كان يقول: يؤجل سنة، لا أعلمه إلا من يوم يرفع إلى السلطان (١).
Hazrat Sha'bi narrates that Hazrat Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) used to say that an impotent man will be given a respite of one year. And in my opinion, this respite will be counted from the time his case comes before the judge.
