١٧٣٠٨ - [حدثنا وكيع عن هشام عن قتادة عن ابن المسيب قال: يؤجل العنين والذي يؤخذ عن امرأته سنة] (١).
Hazrat Ata says that from the day the case is presented in court, a period of one year will be granted.
