في الرجل يرى امرأته تفجر أو يبلغه ذلك، (يطؤها) أم لا؟If a Man Sees or Hears of His Wife Committing Adultery, Can He Have Relations with Her?
Hadith 17136
١٧١٣٦ - حدثنا علي بن مسهر عن الشيباني عن عبد اللَّه بن شداد قال: كنت جالسًا مع ابن عباس في زمزم فأتاه رجل فذكر أنه يسقط امرأته فزعمت أنها ⦗٢٦١⦘ فجرت، فقال له ابن عباس: (فبئس) (١) ما صنعت إن كنت فعلت مثل الذي أقرت به على نفسها! فأمسك (عليك) (٢) امرأتك وإن (كنت) (٣) لم تفعل (فخل) (٤) سبيلها (٥).
Hazrat Abdullah bin Shaddad narrates that once I was sitting with Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) near the well of Zamzam. A man came to him and said that he had forced his wife to abort because the woman claimed that she had committed fornication. Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said to him, "You have done a very bad thing. Because if you have committed the same act as she is confessing for herself, then keep her as your wife, and if you have not done such an act, then leave her alone."
