Hadith 17101
١٧١٠١ - حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن حماد عن إبراهيم قال: إذا (سبيت) (١) ⦗٢٥٣⦘ المجوسية وعبدة الأوثان عرض عليهن الإسلام فإن (أسلمن) (٢) وطئن واستخدمن وأن أبين أن يسلمن استخدمن ولم (يوطأن) (٣).
Ibrahim says that when Magian and idolater women are taken captive, they will be invited to accept Islam and urged to do so. If they accept Islam, then it is permissible to have intercourse with them as well as to take service from them. If they do not accept Islam, then intercourse with them is not permissible, but service may be taken from them.
