١٧٠٩٥ - حدثنا جرير بن عبد الحميد عن موسى بن أبي عائشة قال: سألت (مرة) (١) عن الرجل يشتري أو يسبي الجارية المجوسية ثم يقع عليها قبل أن تعلم الإسلام قال: لا يصبح.
Hazrat Musa bin Abi Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) says that I asked Marrah whether if a person buys a Magian slave woman or brings her as a captive, can he have intercourse with her before she accepts Islam. He replied that doing so is not permissible. I asked Saeed bin Jubair, and he said that if he does so, then he is no better than that Magian woman.
