Hadith 17088
١٧٠٨٨ - حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن برد عن مكحول والزهري قالا في رجل تزوج امرأة فدخل (بها) (١) فرأى بها جنونًا أو جذامًا أو برصًا أو غفلًا: أنها ترد من هذا، ولها الصداق الذي (استحل) (٢) به فرجها العاجل والآجل، وصداقها على من غره.
Hazrat Mak'hool and Hazrat Zuhri state that if a man marries a woman, and then madness, leprosy, leukoderma, or a uterine disease appears in her, then the woman will be returned, and she will receive the prompt or deferred dower by which the man made her private parts lawful for himself. The responsibility for this dower will be upon the person who encouraged the man to marry.
