Hadith 17084
١٧٠٨٤ - حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن يونس [عن الحسن سئل عن الرجل يتزوج المرأة فيدخل (بها) (١) (فيظهر) (٢) عليها داء أنه كان يوجبها عليه.
Yunus reports that Hasan was asked: If a man marries a woman and consummates the marriage with her, and then later some illness becomes apparent, what is the ruling? He replied: The responsibility for this will be upon the man.
