Hadith 17081
١٧٠٨١ - حدثنا ابن إدريس عن أبيه عن الحكم قال: كان (علي) (١) يقول في (المجنونة) (٢) والبرصاء: إن دخل فهي امرأته وإن لم يدخل فرق بينهما (٣).
Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) says that if someone marries a woman who is insane or suffering from leukoderma and then consummates the marriage with her, she is his wife; but if he does not consummate the marriage, separation will be effected between them.
