Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) says that if a man marries a woman, and then finds out that the woman has leprosy, leukoderma, or insanity, but he has already consummated the marriage with her, then due to the permissibility of intercourse, the dowry will be obligatory upon the man. Its compensation will be taken from the woman's guardian.
