Hadith 17018
١٧٠١٨ - حدثنا (عبيد اللَّه) (١) عن شعبة قال: سألت الحكم وحمادًا عن رجل زنى بأم امرأته، قالا: أحب (إلينا) (٢) أن يفارقها.
Hazrat Sha’bah says that I asked Hazrat Hakam and Hazrat Hammad about the man who committed adultery with his wife's mother, so what is the ruling for him now? They replied that in our view, it is better for them to separate.
