١٦٩٧٧ - حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن الحارث قال: (يشاور) (١) الولي الوصي في النكاح، و (يلي) (٢) عقدة النكاح: الولي.
Hazrat Harith says that the guardian will consult the executor regarding conducting the marriage, and the guardian himself will supervise the marriage contract.
