Hadith 16846
١٦٨٤٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا أبو بكر بن (عياش) (١) عن منصور عن إبراهيم قال: إذا تزوج الرجل الحرة على الأمة فرق بينه وبينها إلا أن يكون لها منه ولد.
Ibrahim says that whoever marries a free woman while having a slave woman, separation will be made between him and the slave woman. However, if he has a child from her, then this will not be done.
