١٦٨٠٠ - حدثنا يحيى بن عبد الملك بن أبي غنية عن أبيه عن الحكم قال: إذا ⦗١٩١⦘ أذن الرجل لعبده في الجارية يشتريها أن (يأتطيها) (١) فهو نكاح من السيد، ولا يطأ فوق اثنتين.
16800 - Yahya ibn Abd al-Malik ibn Abi Ghaniyah narrated to us, from his father, from al-Hakam who said: If ⦗191⦘ a man gives his slave permission regarding a slave-girl to purchase her so that (he may have intercourse with her) (1), then it is a marriage from the master, and he may not have intercourse with more than two.
