١٦٧٧١ - حدثنا (عبيد اللَّه) (١) بن موسى عن الحسن عن ليث عن عطاء قال: إذا أنكح الرجل ابنه وهو صغير فنكاحه جائز ولا طلاق له.
Hazrat Ata says that if someone arranges the marriage of his minor son, the marriage is valid and the child will not have the right to divorce.
