١٦٧٦٩ - حدثنا هشيم عن يونس عن الحسن قال: إذا زوج الرجل ابنه وهو صغير فتزويجه جائز عليه، والصداق (على الابن) (١).
Hasan says that if a man has his minor son married, the marriage is valid; however, the dowry will be obligatory upon the son.
