Hadith 16766
١٦٧٦٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن (عياش) (١) عن عبد اللَّه بن دينار عمن حدثه عن الحسن قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: (إذا أنكح الرجل ابنه وهو كاره فليس بنكاح، وإذا زوجه وهو صغير جاز نكاحه) (٢).
Hasan narrates that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: If a man arranges the marriage of his adult son and he is not pleased with it, then this marriage is not valid. If he arranges his marriage while he is a minor, then it is valid.
