Hadith 16764
١٦٧٦٤ - حدثنا سهل بن يوسف عن عمرو عن الحسن قال: إذا اختلف الوليّ والمرأة نظر السلطان، فإن كان الوليّ مضارًا زوجها وإلا ردّ (أمرها) (١) إلى وليها.
Hasan says that if there is a disagreement between the guardian and the ruler, then the ruler will see: if the guardian is harming the woman, then the woman's statement will be considered valid, and if this is not the case, then the matter will be entrusted to the guardian.
