Hadith 16743
١٦٧٤٣ - حدثنا هشيم (و) (١) جرير كلاهما عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم في اليتيمة إذا (زوجت) (٢) قال: فإن سكتت أو بكت فهو رضاها، وإن كرهت لم تزوج.
Ibrahim says that if an orphan girl is married off, if she remains silent or weeps, then this is her consent; if she expresses dislike, then she should not be married off.
