Hadith 16741
١٦٧٤١ - حدثنا أبو بكر (قال) (١): نا هشيم عن مجالد عن الشعبي عن علي] (٢) أنه كان يقول: إذا (زوجت) (٣) اليتيمة فإن سكتت فهو رضاها، وإن كرهت لم تزوج (٤).
Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) used to say that when an orphan girl is married, if she remains silent, then this is her consent, and if she expresses dislike, then her marriage should not be arranged.
