١٦٧٢٧ - حدثنا ابن علية عن يونس عن الحسن أنه كان يقول: نكاح الأب جائز على ابنته، بكرًا (كانت) (١) أو ثيبًا، كرهت أو لم تكره.
Hasan used to say that it is permissible for a father to arrange the marriage of his daughter in every case, whether she is a virgin or previously married, and whether she likes it or dislikes it.
