١٦٧١٥ - حدثنا حفص عن أشعث عن الحسن قال: تزوج المرأة أمتها، فإذا أعتقتها لم تزوجها.
Hasan says that a woman can arrange the marriage of her slave-girl, but when she sets her free, she can no longer arrange her marriage.
