١٦٧١١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن فضيل عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: ليس العقد بيد النساء (و) (١) إنما العقد بيد الرجال.
Ibrahim says that the authority to contract marriage does not belong to the woman, rather this authority belongs to the man.
