في المحرم إذا لم يجد (إزاره)If a Muhrim Cannot Find an Izar
Hadith 16511
١٦٥١١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن علية عن أيوب عن نافع عن ابن عمر أن رجلًا سال النبي ﷺ ما يلبس المحرم من الثياب أو ما يترك المحرم؟ فقال: "لا يلبس الخفين ولا السراويل، إلا أن لا يجد نعلين، (فمن لم يجد نعلين) (١) فليلبس الخفين، وليقطعهما أسفل من الكعبين" (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that a man asked the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) which clothes a Muhrim can wear, or which clothes he should not wear. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: He should not wear socks nor trousers. However, if he does not find shoes, then whoever does not find shoes may wear socks, but he should cut them below the ankles.
