١٦٤٣٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن أبي (جناب) (١) عن الضحاك عن ابن عباس في قوله: ﴿مَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ إِلَيْهِ﴾ قال: الزاد والبعير (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) regarding the statement of Allah Almighty { مَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ اِلَیْہِ سَبِیْلًا } says that what is meant is provision for the journey and a means of transport.
