١٦٤٢٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن إدريس عن ابن جريج عن عطاء قال: ليس على أهل مكة عمرة، قال ابن عباس: أنتم يَا أهل مكة لا عمرة لكم إنما عمرتكم الطواف (بالبيت) (١)، فمن جعل بينه وبين الحرم بطن الوادي فلا يدخل مكة إلا بإحرام (٢).
16420 - Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Idris narrated to us from Ibn Jurayj from Ata who said: There is no ‘umrah upon the people of Mecca. Ibn Abbas said: O people of Mecca, there is no ‘umrah for you; your ‘umrah is only the tawaf (around the House) (1). So whoever places between himself and the Haram the valley’s bottom, let him not enter Mecca except in ihram (2).
