Hadith 16313
١٦٣١٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن جعفر عن (أشعث) (١) عن الحسن سئل عن الرجل إذا رمى الصيد وهو في الحرم فخرج من الحرم فمات، أنه قال: ⦗٨٢⦘ يضمن، وإذا رماه في الحل و (الصيد في الحل) (٢)، ثم دخل الحرم فمات أنه قال: لا يضمن.
Hasan was asked about a man who kills game present in the Haram, and that game leaves the Haram and dies outside? He replied that he will be liable for it. And if he kills game in the Hil, and the game is also in the Hil, then that game enters the Haram and dies there? He replied that he will not be liable.
