Hadith 16269
١٦٢٦٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد عن عبيد اللَّه عن نافع قال: كان ابن عمر يجمع (نعله) (١) من السنة فيقلدها (بدنته) (٢)، فإذا عجزت اشترى نعالا جددا فقلدها (٣).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) used to collect shoes during the year, then he would make a necklace (qaladah) for the camel with them, and if he was unable to do so, he would buy new shoes and put them as a necklace on it.
