١٦٢٣٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حميد بن عبد الرحمن عن حسن عن فراس عن الشعبي قال: إذا أشار المحرم إلى الصيد (فعنت) (١) فعليه الكفارة.
Hazrat Sha'bi says that if a Muhrim points towards the game and it is hunted, then expiation is also obligatory upon that Muhrim.
