١٦٢٢٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو أسامة (عن هشام) (١) عن الحسن و (عطاء) (٢) في (محرم) (٣) أشار إلى صيد فأصابه محرم، قالا: عليه الجزاء.
Hasan and Hazrat Ata say that if a Muhrim gestures towards the game and another Muhrim hunts it, then the one who made the gesture is also liable for compensation.
