Hadith 16099
١٦٠٩٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا هشيم عن يونس عن الحسن.
Hasan: Hazrat Sha'bi and Hazrat Ata say that the one upon whom the sacrifice of a camel is obligatory should offer the sacrifice in Mecca, and the person who mentions "jazur" (a large animal) and cow (female), then he may offer the sacrifice wherever he wishes and wherever he intends.
