Hadith 15706
١٥٧٠٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حاتم عن جعفر عن أبيه عن جابر يرفعه قال: إنه أتى البيت فاستلم الركن فرمل ثلاثًا ومشى أربعًا ثم (تقدم إلى) (١) مقام إبراهيم فقرأ: ﴿وَاتَّخِذُوا مِنْ مَقَامِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ مُصَلًّى﴾ [البقرة: ١٢٥]، فجعل المقام بينه وبين البيت (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir in a marfu’ form that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to the House of Allah, touched the Corner, then performed ramal in three circuits of the tawaf and walked at his normal pace in the remaining four circuits. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) proceeded towards Maqam Ibrahim and recited this verse of the Qur’an: { وَ اتَّخِذُوْا مِنْ مَّقَامِ اِبْرٰھٖمَ مُصَلًّی }. Then he placed Maqam Ibrahim between himself and the House of Allah.
