١٥٦١٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن أفلح عن القاسم قال: يحك رأسه ببطن أنامله.
Hazrat Qasim says that a person in the state of Ihram should scratch with the inner part of the fingers.
