Hadith 15519
١٥٥١٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا سلام عن أبي إسحاق عن الضحاك عن ابن عباس قال: (إذا) (١) رمد المحرم فليكتحل (ولا يكتحل) (٢) بشيء فيه طيب (٣).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) states that if a person in the state of Ihram has an eye ailment, he may apply kohl, but he should not use such kohl that contains fragrance.
