في المحرم يصيب القطاة ما عليهIf a muhrim hunts a dove, what is required of him?
Hadith 15416
١٥٤١٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حماد بن خالد عن عبد اللَّه بن (مؤمل) (١) عن ابن أبي مليكة عن ابن عمر وابن عباس في محرم قتل قطاة فقالا: (ثلثا مد وثلثا) (٢) مد (أجزأ) (٣) (في بطن مسكين) (٤) من قطاة (٥).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) and Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) state that if a person in the state of Ihram hunts a dove, he should give one-third of a mudd as charity, and one-third of a mudd, if it suffices for a poor person's stomach, will be sufficient on behalf of the dove.
