١٥٣٤٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد اللَّه بن نمير عن عبد الملك عن عطاء أنه سئل عن الدجاجة السندية يخرج بها من الحرم (فقال) (١): لا، هي صيد.
Hazrat Ata was asked about the domesticated chicken that is taken out from the Haram (what is its ruling?). He replied that no, it is considered game (hunting).
