١٥١١٩ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن شعبة عن الأزرق بن قيس عن ابن عمر عن عمر (قال) (١): من لبد أو ضفر أو فتل فليحلق] (٢) (٣).
Hazrat Umar states that whoever braids the hair, makes a plait, or ties it firmly, it is necessary for them to have their head shaved.
