في الرجل يشتري البدنة فتضل فيشتري غيرهاIf someone buys a camel and it gets lost, he should buy another in its place
Hadith 15053
١٥٠٥٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو أسامة عن (هشام عن) (١) الحسن وعطاء (أنهما) (٢) قالا (٣): في رجل أضل بدنته تطوعًا فاشترى أخرى، قالا: إن كان قلد (التي) (٤) اشترى نحرهما، وإن كان لم (يقلدها) (٥) باعها إن شاء.
Hasan and Hazrat Ata state that if the animal for a voluntary sacrifice is lost and he buys another in its place and puts a collar on it as well, then now he will slaughter both. And if he has not yet put a collar on it, then if he wishes, he can sell it.
