١٤٥١٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن ابن جريج عن الزهري أن (رسول اللَّه) (١) ﷺ كان يخطب يوم النحر، (فشغلت) (٢) الأمراء فأخروه إلى الغد (٣).
It is narrated from Hazrat Zuhri that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to deliver a sermon on the Day of Sacrifice. Later, when the rulers became occupied, they postponed the sermon until the next day.
