١٤١٩٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن هشام عن قتادة عن سعيد بن المسيب قال: من أدرك عرفة قبل طلوع الفجر فقد أدرك الحج.
Hazrat Saeed bin Al-Musayyib says that whoever attains the standing at Arafah before the break of dawn has attained Hajj.
